I was very sorry to hear about Dave's passing. I will always cherish the times our families spent together. Jeanene and Dawn our thoughts are with you.

So sorry to hear about Daves passing. I remember him as a friendly uncle who was always willing to chat kindly to us kids. As one of the D named kids we always loved when your crew of D named people came over to play. Take care.

Dear jeanine and Family. Just ever so sorry to hear about Dave. His quiet modestly and smile could quite easy cover over all the personal and professional talents.

Sorry to hear of Dave's passing he was a close childhood friend. We enjoyed being on the Zeman baseball team, and wore the same jerseys playing for City Park Midget hockey club. He was a great team mate and friend and will be sadly missed.Condolences to the Derdall family.

To the Family of Dave Derdall:
I wasn't a friend of Dave's but rather an admirer. Growing up in Saskatoon I recall numerous hockey and baseball games where Dave was suited up with the opposing team. While we hoped that he wouldn't have another great game, we secretly admired Dave's talent.

Although we hadn't seen each other in many years it gave me a deep saddness when I heared of Dave's passing. Dave was not only a great athelete and team mate but more importantly, one of the really good people I have known. My sincere condolences go out to Jeanene and the family.

Very sorry to hear the sad news about Dave. Just had some "old" Saskatoon Merchant photos out last week. My how time flies?
I will always remember Dave's little "mischeivious" smile and what great hands he had at Shortstop and at Centre when I played hockey with him. He was a very good goal scorer but got more satisfaction from passing and setting up a nice goal!
