Karen, sorry to hear of the loss of your father. My deepest sympathies.

Dave and I were in management together at Merrill Lynch Realty in Connecticut and at Premier Properties in Naples. It was an absolute honor to work with Dave. He knew the intricacies of real estate and had mastered real estate law, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills. But what many of us remember most and why we loved Dave, was his disarming candor. He wasn't malicious with his disagreement to unreasonable and poorly thought out company policies. Rather, he delivered his well reasoned opinions to the CEO, CFO or anyone in the room with a sly smile, a deliberate pace, a touch or two of humor, and a confident, but not arrogant demeanor and he always offered a better solution. Dave was a pro. And our families became friends and we got to know Judy and we shared some great times together. His was a life well lived.

Anong and I remember you guys so well from politics in Cromwell and real estate dealings. so sad to hear. you all are in our thoughts and prayers.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Dave was a great boss at Barrow Realty.

Thinking my earliest memory of Dave and Judy was during the special times I was allowed to hang out at Aunt Bert and Uncle Tony´s. And of course "baby sitting" . Much love and may Gods Grace enfold you and bring you Peace.
