David AARONS

AARONS David died on 5th January 2019, aged 71. He was born to parents Albert and Celia, brother to Carole, on 24th November 1947. David grew up and studied in North London, whereupon the urge to explore overtook him. He met his first wife Patricia as a graduate student at the University of Chicago. His early work as a management consultant and later his passion for travel took him all over the world and he fell particularly in love with Africa ­ a continent to which he remained dedicated all his life. He inculcated his large family of children, stepchildren and grandchildren, not to mention his many friends, with his spirit of adventure. David found love again later in his life and spent more than a decade with his wife Sarah. She was by his side as he took his last stroll on a warm and sunny beach while on holiday in the Caribbean. A service to mark his passing will take place at Highgate Cemetery at 11am, on 23rd January. His family will then sit shiva at his home in Hampstead.
