David William Abell

I'm sorry to hear of him passing I remember him growing up on Rutland may God keep his arms around you all.

So sorry for the loss of David. He will be missed by so many people. Love and hugs to the family.

I can't even begin to describe how much we will miss David. When I first met him, he was just Glen's cute little brother, but as I got to know him, I could see that there was so much more to my sweet and innocent (looking) brother-in-law. He had a charming and disarming manner that no one could forget, plus a kind heart and a tendency to say clever and hilarious things when least expected. He was the fun uncle ("funcle") our kids adored, and our family could always depend on him & Sandy & kids to come to our rescue anytime we needed them. There are so many things we'll miss, like his witty & sometimes outrageous T-shirts, his precise knowledge of Monty Python & the Holy Grail dialogue, his Mississippi River stories, his talent at the grill, his delight in trying new bourbon, and his keen enjoyment of classic rock & roll music. Wherever he is, it's a better place, because he is there.

I worked with David at Acbl and Ingram barge line , he will be missed.
