It has been one year now since we lost Dave. Cindy & I think of him often as we walk pass his house or conversation comes round to Paula, Brian and Kevin and the terrible loss in their lives. The thought of Dave still stirs emotions in our minds and in our hearts. He was good man, a loving husband and a kind, nurturing father.

I got to know Dave through Campus Crusade for Christ at NIU. I was on my journey to Jesus before I met Dave, but an important conversation we had was really the turning point in my decision to finally ask Jesus into my heart. Dave was genuine, truthful, and winsome. How very much I wish his family comfort and God's peace. This world has certainly lost a wonderful person.

Deepest thoughts of sympathy to the Andersen family. I have very fond memories of growing up next door to you in Chicago. Dave used to come visit us, sit on our porch swing and tell funny made up kid stories. He was a dear little one who grew up to be a fine person.
May God hold you all in His strong hands and bring you comfort. Barb (Krock) Bosslet

I had the pleasure of working with Dave a few years ago and I am heart broken to hear of his passing. His smile, great positive attitude will always stay with me. God Bless his family for this, a great loss.

My you all find comfort in knowing that Dave's legacy thrives in his sons. Dave always had a smile on his face and we will miss the hearty laughter that always seemed to accompany his presence. The reason we are all heartbroken is that Dave was such a nice guy, and I pray that all of us will find solace in the fact that Dave was happiest when he was with his friends and family, and would want us to truly celebrate his life. Rest in Peace my friend.
