I have so many wonderful memories with my grandpa. I remember about 8 years ago my mom and I made a trip down to Orlando. Since we were in town, we had to spend a day at Universal Studios. Grandpa and Brian were also on board with the idea. Knowing my mom wasn't the biggest fan of roller coasters, I had mentally prepared myself to ride alone. At the time Grandpa was in his late 70's.
We had a good time on rides likes E.T., Men in Black and the Simpson's. As we made our way to the front of the park, we came upon the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit which not only is a rollercoaster but also has an upside down loop. You can imagine my surprise when grandpa said, "Come on Lauren, let's go"!
Grandpa always had an adventurous, happy-go-lucky spirit. I've never seen him without a smile and that day on the roller coaster he had on the biggest smile. Until we meet again, I hope you're still riding those loop the loops with your signature smile. Love you! xoxo

When Dave & I were babies, our folks were nearby so we were almost like twins. We learned how to crawl & then walk together altho I often told Dave he taught me how to get into trouble. Love and will miss him so much. Pat (Hays) Mullins

What is the proper way to leave a last message to your father, father-in-law, Grandpa and Great grandpa? We miss you, We Love you or Simply We Thank you?
He was my parent, teacher and counselor throughout my life and what I've learned is that ALL of these roles he played throughout our lives are just building blocks that form eternal love and friendship.
I have been told and believe that my father was proud of the family that Kristine and I raised, I believe he was equally proud of Lauren, Tyler & Chelsea and their son Dawson.
I hope he left this world knowing how proud and thankful we were of him.
Rest in Peace Dad until we unite again.
Love
Gary, Kristine, Lauren, Tyler & Chelsea and Dawson
