Mr. David K. Arnott, 62, died Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at his residence. He was a native of Bellmore New York and lived in Savannah for 37 years. He served in the United States Navy for four years before going to work for Grumman which later became Gulfstream Aerospace. He is a member of the Gulfstream retiree club. He was preceded in death by his parents, David K. Arnott Sr. and Dorothy Olsen Arnott and his loving wife, Barbara Connors Arnott. Surviving are his sons, David K. Arnott, III, Tim Arnott; son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Casey Arnott; daughter, Amy N. Arnott; daughter and son -in-law, Kristen A. and Thomas Sanders all of Savannah; sisters, Clarie Kepner of Cooperstown, NY and Arlaine Niclas of Portland, Oregon; brother-in-law, Richard Connors of Vero Beach, Florida and six grandchildren, David K. Arnott IV, Kathleen Arnott, Connor Williams, Bail Williams, Reilly Williams and Sydney Sanders. Visitation will be Saturday at 1 p.m. until service time at Trinity Lutheran Church. Funeral Service will be Saturday 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Stephen Schroeder officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery. A great friend and a wonderful person. Gulfstream and Burnside Island are all the better for Dave having been a part of them.

Dave, I am so sorry for your loss. I know your father will be missed. I did not know him very well, other than speaking to him in the hall way at work, I would speak and he would knod. He is at peace now with your mom, hold on to the loving memories, i know you have many. god bless cindy navarro
