I would like to take this opportunity to say how sorry I am for the passing of David. He was an incredible young man, who was polite and professional. I met him many years ago when he handled my wife's divorce and we became friendly way back then. Over the years we spoke from time to time. I am not a lawyer but I am in the legal profession and David was kind enough to send me customers when he could. I cannot properly express in words how much I thought of him and respected him as an individual and also a lawyer. I will miss him dearly.

Thanks so much David for all you did for the black community. You never saw color or creed. You went into the depths of the community where the other prominent lawyers would never go! You spared so many from the crooked "justice" system and made sure everyone black...white...or purple..feel important and serviceable! I hope all the other lawyers take a good look at you and see what a true servant of the people should be !!!! You are not gone because legends live forever!!! No RIP !! You are still living on !

The John Scott family send much sympathy and prayers for the family. We were neighbors of the Aylors for alot of years in Spartanburg, SC. We had many fun visits standing in Wake Robin Cir. as our children played around. We swam at the same community pool. Man, what memories we made. So proud of the accomplishments of David-fine man from a fine family. RIP, David.

And I remember how impressed Bob and I were to see him on national television a few years ago--he was obviously so good at his chosen profession. For David´s family, I am so sorry to hear this, and so sorry for your loss. I met David years ago when I retained him to help me get out of a speeding ticket. He was so personable, and genuine. He later did some other legal work for me in the family court. He met me for lunch one day, and even came to my home one afternoon to go through documents. He went the extra mile to accommodate his clients. I am sad to hear this, and very sad for his family. May he Rest In Peace.

I was so hurt to hear that David passed. I worked for David and I can honestly say he made his firm work environment feel like family. David treated his employees like family. He opened his home up to us and hosted dinners, cook outs and other events. During the holidays he took care of his employees and made sure he put a smile on our faces. I'll miss his smile and him giving me a big hug every time he saw me. David you were an amazing person and passionate about your criminal career. He was kind enough to bless our church youth with tickets to a Stingrays game and a book for our kid's club. He was so good to his community. This is a big loss for Charleston. We are praying for his family and friends. It is so hard on the people left behind when our Father calls us home. Blessing to you all.

My husband, myself, and my son were all David Aylor's clients. My son was a troubled boy, and David helped him in his time of need. I am so sorry for the family's loss. David was special.

Cynthia and I were saddened to learn of David's passing. Although we haven't seen David or the family in many years, we retain fond memories of them from our (and their) younger days. There's nothing worse than losing a child, and we can only imagine the profound sadness that Pete, Jean and other family members are experiencing. Our prayers go out to them.
