David Bekker

I met Dr. Bekker as he came by at MIT to have Bible discussions with us undergraduate students in '04-'05. Unfailingly kind, reasonable, and warm. I'm glad to see he lived four years longer than he thought he would, and hope he didn't have to contend with too much pain in that time, but know that the truth may be otherwise. My warmest condolences and memories to his family and fellow members of his congregation.

Dr. Bekker was my pediatrician for most of my childhood, and I'll always remember him. Such an amazing doctor, kind man, and the work he did daily and in his life is utterly amazing. Gone. Always missed. But never forgotten Dr. Bekker.

To Dan and your entire family, I'm really sorry to read about the loss of David. I hope and pray for comfort for all of you.
