David Patrick Billings, 53, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from heart failure. He was born June 9, 1969, in Manchester. Formerly of Enfield he resided in Meriden until his passing. He was the son of Dianne Dumais and the late Joseph S. Billings III. David had an incredible heart and passion for books and movies. Combining those two would give you endless conversations on the newest upcoming movies or the latest actor to play the part. His enthusiasm, laughter and smile will be greatly missed. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Jennifer Sollmi and husband Michael (Jocelynn, Daniel, Becca), Eric Billings and wife Melissa (Rebecca, Tyler and Jayden) and Danielle Billings. David leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. All who supported and loved him throughout his journey on Earth. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 10:00am in St. Mary Church, 42 Spring St., Windsor Locks, CT 06096 with a viewing of the urn and last respects at 9:30am. I am David's cousin and it has been many years since I have seen him. However, I remember David as being very intelligent and he had a brilliant mind. He was always very kind and considerate of those around him. My condolences go to Aunt Diane, Jennifer, Eric and Danielle. You are all in my prayers. God bless each one of you and your families.

Dave was a great man. And he was the best uncle to my kids. I loved having him over our house for Christmas, thanksgiving and many other holidays. I always loved talking about the latest movie news with Dave. We all loved Dave very much, and may he RIP.
