David Buck Obituary
Feb. 27, 1951 - May 4, 2006
No services will be held for David Allen Buck, 55, of Powers. Cremation rites have been held.
David was born Feb. 27, 1951, in Portland, to Allen A. and Emogene (Ellis) Buck. He died May 4, 2006, near Myrtle Point.
He was a woodworker, doing all types of carpentry, especially finish work. He loved fishing, clamming, woodworking, woodcarving, and truly loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was a member of the Coos Bay Harley Owners Group and Ducks Unlimited.
David married Lynn McGarrell on July 29, 2000, in Coos Bay.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn of Powers; son, Jacob Buck of Coos Bay; mother, Emogene Buck of North Bend; sisters, Judy McGowne of Springfield and Molly Reddick of Bandon; and numerous nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his father, Allen Buck, DDS.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Lung Association, in care of Amling/Schroeder Funeral Service, 404 Seventh St., Myrtle Point, OR 97458.
Arrangements are under the direction of Amling/Schroeder Funeral Service, Myrtle Point Chapel, 572-2524.
