Service/Visitation: Funeral services Tuesday, January 4, 2010 at 11 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Clarksville Chapel, 34874 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean View, DE, where friends may call beginning at 10 AM. Burial with military honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, DE.
