My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. I knew David for many years during my tenure with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Quality Control and have many memories of our travels throughout Maine inspecting both municipal and industrial waste treatment facilities as part of its Operations and Maintenance Division.
