To the Colbert family. I send my deepest sympathies in your time of loss. Dave was one of my first friends in Shepherdstown. He brought me much comfort when I was the new kid in town. It was testimony to the type of person that he was. I'll always remember his wit and his lack of judgmentalism. "Kyle" will never be forgotten.

Dave, you were a wonderful neighbor. Kind, cheerful always willing to help. Your happy smile and helping hands will be missed. May the peace of God be with both you and your family.

Gone to soon. David was a shining example of what our world needs more of both personally and professionally. Laura, I am so sad to hear this devastating news. I pray for you, your children and family members to receive strength in your coming days and to be comforted by your memories and those around you.
