David Robert Colcord

David Colcord, 71, passed away Monday morning, June 26, 2023, in Scottsdale, Arizona, from cancer. Born in Phoenix, March 12, 1952, to Lora and Robert Colcord. He was a lifelong resident of Arizona, mainly in Phoenix. David started school in the Isaac School District and finished his education at Alhambra High School. He was an animal lover, avid reader, and enjoyed classical music. David is survived by his brother Randy Colcord and his sister Judy Colcord Maris. David will be laid to rest beside his mother and near his father's grave at Greenwood/Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix. His graveside service is 9:00 Saturday morning, July 8, 2023. Donations can be made to Phoenix Rescue Mission or Hospice of the Valley.
