Great memories of David! I grew up in Buckeye as well, and we shopped at his family's store (Compton's Market). My Dad loved to 'chew the fat' with Dewey, his dad. I got to know David in high school, and loved his sense of humor. We stayed in touch over the years -- he came to hear me play with my band, and we shared some of the same friends.

I could not believe what I heard today that my favorite
teacher is no more. I took many classes with him and
became a know realtor of substance to him, matter of
fact I brought him back a foto from Germany where it
says "parking for women only" and David could not believe it. He will be greatly missed by me.

Rest in Peace, David. I did not know you were gone, but I have many fond memories of you and growing up in Buckeye.

I have so many. We laughed so much. We talked so much. You never missed calling me on my birthday or any other special day for that matter. My beautiful, precious Yorkie you gifted me one year who I cherished. You were a true friend who never ignored or forgot. I love you, David. I will miss you all of my days. I´ll see you again someday.

I only found out today on FB that David had passed away. This saddens me greatly. David invited me to appear at many real estate events. He was so passionate about real estate and teaching and he would travel anywhere and anytime to share his knowledge with others.
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
Now cracks a noble heart. Good night, sweet prince, / And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

I attended many of his classes. Seeing that he passed was quite a shock to me. He was an excellent instructor and taught with good humor. He will be missed.
