David COPCUTT Obituary
At Ottawa on December 15, 2011, age 96 years. Another old soldier faded away. David served in the British Army from 1936 to 1950 and in the Canadian Army from 1951 to 1967. He joined the Public Service of Canada in 1967 and served as a civilian officer with DND until retirement in 1979. David was last surviving member of his family having been preceded by his son, David Junior in 1993 and Catherine, his wife of 51 years, in 1997. In accordance with his wishes there will be no visitation or service and cremation will be private.

As a child, I visited the Copcutt house while my brother Ray took guitar lessons from Dave junior .The Copcutt,s where the the nicest of people ,and the world a better place for having them.
