Jason Cain Cross

If anyone sees this and wants to know where he is buried, I was finally able to bury him at Oakdale Memorial Gardens on Eastern Avenue in Davenport. He is in the crematory section right next to the pond, just behind the office at the main entrance. It was a long journey, but he is finally resting in peace.

My husband and I were saddened to hear about the death of Dave Cross. I worked with him for about a year and a half and have known him since the late 1970s. He helped me during some difficult times in my life, and I will forever be indebted to him for being such a good friend. My husband discovered Dave's kind soul when he met him about a year ago on the occasion of my rediscovering an old friend, Linda Logsdon. Dave had a great sense of humor and his laughter will be missed along with everything else that made him such a wonderful person; that is how we will remember him. My sisters send their regards and condolensces from Florida. God bless you and keep you, Dave. Love, Donna & Eric Wolfe.

I am greatly saddened to hear of Dave's passing. Dave and I were "best freinds" back at JB Young Junior High and Central High School. We played together in the band "The Todd" in the late 60s'. I'm sorry I lost track of Dave after I got drafted and moved out of the area. Time goes by too quickly. My thoughts and prayers are with Dave and your family. I'll remember Dave as he was, singing and playing his Farfisa organ, or driving all of us around in his 56 Chevy Belaire.

I did not have the pleasure of knowing David, but I worked a long time with his son, Jason. I see where Jason got his smile. My prayers and sympathy go out to the whole family.
