Anna, Ben, PJ and I extend our deep condolences for the loss of your father, David Culver. My father, Jacques and I had many father/son golf matches with David and Mark - great competitor and great man!!!

A strong and natural leader with presence and vision. Missed by all who knew him. My sympathy to his children and their spouses, his grandchildren, and his friend Janice.

A sad few weeks for the Alcan family. Michael, Diane, Andrew and Mark - Please accept our condolences. Our fathers spent lots of time together in the 80s and 90s and I recall many great stories of their travels together. Personally, the few times I spent at the fishing camp with Mary and David will stick with me for a long time.
