I would like to thank everyone for their comforting prayers and support for myself and Chad. David was very fortunate to have you all in his life. I truely feel that everyone comes into your life for a reason, and David was a piece of sunshine for all those who met him. I know he appreciated everyone who knew him. He is now an angel who will watch over us all. His smiles and humor and love will be terribly missed by us all. again, thank you for your support and prayers.

I will miss seeing you Dave,We never really talked that much, but over the years we gave each other that hello driver wave we drivers are known to do. Dave always had a smile on his face, that's what I'll miss the most!
