Dear Ruth,
Joanne and I have just heard of David’s death. ‘Such tragic news. David and I were on the same team in the Management Game at Carnegie Mellon, and I always enjoyed David’s company. I last saw him in Alexandria, VA in 2004, when we had lunch together. Joanne and I extend our deepest sympathy.

Dear Ruth, Ellen and Sarah: I was so sorry to read of David's death. When we saw you at the Lawrenceville Flea Market, I remember how difficult things had been and thought they were looking up.
I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I was so shocked to hear of Dave's passing. I worked for Dave years back at Mellon in Mortgage Banking. I was the lady he entrusted your Maltese too. I shared many happy years with her until she passed on at age 14. Dave was such a loving father and husband, I know you miss his dearly. You have my deepest sympathy and I will keep all of you in my prayers.

Ruth,Ellen, and Sarah...so very sorry to hear of your great loss. I know how close you all were and how he shared with joy and pride, all of your accomplishments. May God lift all of you up at this time, and may David be now in eternal joy with God. Remembering all of you in prayer.

Thinking about you all and remembering great times in the warm and loving Deutsch household. Sarah, never once did your dad hint that I might have worn out my welcome. How true that he welcomed me as his own. For that, I'll always be grateful. With love and deep, deep sympathy, Julie (Snyder) Davis and family

My deepest sympathy to you, Ruth, and to you Sarah and Ellen as well. I don't know if you remember me or not, but I worked with Dave at Mellon for several years. I remember how devoted to his family he was. You were his world. May God bless you with strenth through your sorrow and comfort you with wonderful memories.

May the "Holy Scriptures" give you the needed strenght and comfort to endure. God will give you all the power beyond what is normal to go from one day to next.
