Age 39, on Sunday January 27, 2013, of Mt. Lebanon, formerly of South Park. Beloved father of Carter J. Doman; loving son of David and Cheryl (Melvin) Doman; devoted brother of Kristy (Matt) Fink and Tracy Doman; former husband of Marne Doman; nephew of Joanne Dimond, Robert (Leah) Melvin, Greg (Erin) Doman, Beth (John) Kearney, and the late William Melvin; grandson of Al and Ann Doman, and the late William and Gail Melvin; uncle of Savanna and William Fink; cousin of Nick, Abbey, and Allison Melvin, Allison and Melissa Kearney, and Michael Doman. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 in Crossroad's Ministries, 81 Walter Long Road, Finleyville, PA 15332 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements made by JOHN F. Cheryl, Dave, Kristy, Tracy, Joann and Family. We were up in Pittsburgh this past weekend laying Dad to rest. When we ran into Tracy and she told us about David, my heart broke.I am so very sorry to hear this. No words can let you know how heartbroken I am. We have lost way too many young men from our family. I remember our family picnics at South Park and how everyone loved when we all got together. We need to do that more often. My heart aches for all of you and I will be thinking of you often. Dad and Grandma will now be looking after our "Family of Angels" in heaven. Please take care.

Cheryl, Dave, Kristy, Tracy, JoAnn and your families...I just learned that David passed away in January this past weekend! We were so upset when we saw Tracy and she told us. I know how awful it is to lose a child. Just remember all the wonderful times with him that make you smile; I'm sure that is what he would have wanted. I'm so sorry that his son, Carter will not be able to grow up and see his dad, but, I truly believe that he will be watching over all of you! It is true what Paul Newman said when he lost his son, "It doesn't get better...it just gets different." We love all of you! xoxo

I really didn't want to write anything because I wanted to act like it didn't happen. You were truly a good friend. No matter what happened, you moving to NJ and then back home to Pittsburgh, we always kept in touch and I always knew I would hear from you during all the holidays, my birthday, or just to talk about life. We would talk for hours about each others life and how we could help each other through it in anyway, good or bad. I really wish I knew what you were going through and could help you. Everytime I see Golf or the Steelers, I will always think of you buddy. Always....
