Still missing Dave, especially as we lost another member of our little MAT group yesterday. I'm still grappling with the loss of Dave so now it's doubly difficult. I miss Dave all the time, thinking back on our good times at MAT and after at our lunches! God bless his family.

I am saddened to hear of Dave's passing. I was his dental hygienist and we always had such nice chats when he came in. He was so courteous and his smile could light up the room.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sad to hear of Dave's passing. We worked together at MAT many, many years ago, but we kept in touch on an irregular basis over the years. Our little clan from work had many (but not enough) hilarious lunches over the years, reminiscing about our escapades at MAT. (Dave was the one who looked on in horror and bemusement, then quietly joined in!) He was such a wonderful guy, so funny and so nice. I will miss him very, very much.
My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones in this time of sorrow.

As my much older cousin I have always looked up to David his presence made that easy, his kindness and soft spoken delivery are something that will always be remembered. To Pat and the boys I am sorry for you all but know you will always be strong together. My thoughts are with you.

I"m deeply saddened by the passing of Dave. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He would always brighten your day with his great sense of humor. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. My prayers are with the Dunlap Family.

Patricia, Andy, Aaron and families,
You and your families are in our thoughts and prayers. I'll never forget David's smile and genuine laugh. He was a talkative, industrious and intelligent man. He always seem to have a great time with his family and friends. The basketball games we played outback at his Uncle Gene's house were always a must when visiting Kansas City.
God Bless his soul and may he rest in peace.
Love from his cousin Connie (Dunlap) and husband Dan White.
