As being one of the very few girls in Little League back in the day. I spent many of days with Dave and his family on the ball field. His father not only taught me how to play the game, but how a family was a team. We played for years on that team that became a family of youngsters and Dave & Mike were always there encouraging others selflessly. I felt a sense of belonging with the Eck´s. Dave was the big brother, and he showed us all how to be humble. He was ahead of me in High School, but always a wonderful person to banter with on Facebook over the years. I will cherish those fond memories of our past and look forward to the future of meeting up with you and your family in Heaven. You beat us home Dave!

May his family cherish all those wonderful times, and carry on those wonderful walks through the woods knowing he is with you always.

Mike I´m sorry for your loss. I send blessings and prayers to you all.

I´m so sorry and sad to hear of David´s passing. He was always a sweet, kind soul. Theresa, we met at Middlesex hospital a few years ago. (I think one of your parents was a patient? ). I grew up with David. We both went to HK. But seeing him then, with you, he seemed so happy. It was clear that the two of you had built a wonderful life. I´m so sorry for your loss. I´m thinking of you and your family.

Rest in peace Dave. I will always remeber those nights after work at the Health Care Center when we went over to the Polish Club to play pool and have a few beers. I wish we kept in touch more often. I will have a beer for you.
