So sadden to hear of David's passing. I ran many miles back in the day with David and he did all my waterproofing jobs for my construction company. He was a wonderful man and will be missed.

David lived in my neighborhood and took me under his wing in Jr High showing me what a tough workout was and encouraging me to run distance as well as sprints. I ran my first mile under David's guidance and it served me well during 25 years in the Marines. He spoke softly but would knock you into next week in football! My profound condolences to his family. He was quite a fellow and our paths crossed at a crucial time for me.
