Dave, Rest in Peace, brother. We served together in the Philippines stationed at NAS Cubi Point. May God rest your soul.

Dave, I feel very fortunate to have had the privilage knowing you, working with you and on occasions working for you. Your guidance and wisdom has helped many of us with the sometimes difficult transition from the maintenance culture to that of being an inspector. Most of all, you were a friend to everyone that knew you and you will be missed. It will be nearly impossible to fill void I know all of us feel. Thanks for everything and may GOD receive you into his loving arms and give your family the grace and strength they are going to need as time goes on.

Dave, You were one of the 1st 2 Inspectors to welcome me to the Dept. I remember you telling me that if I needed anything from Inspection, to let you know. I appreciated that, It made the transition from the Maintenance floor alot easier. Thanks and May God welcome you into his Kingdom.

Dave you left us way too early but I'm glad that I was able to call you my friend. We have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers today as we celebrate your life. Rest in peace my friend.
