I am so sorry for your loss. Dave had a insurmountable impact in my life and my family growing up. I wouldn´t be were I am today with out him. Being one Dave´s students that needed an extra hand, I can say Dave was the real deal.

I´m sorry I was unable to attend Dave´s service, as I was recovering from surgery. I´m also sorry we lost touch the last several years. Dave will always be a strong memory in my life. When we taught together at Talmadge his warmth, sense of humor (I remember when he and Ron hid my "teacher chair"for several months), dedication to our special-needs kids ( They always felt understood by him), made every work day a pleasure. After my husband passed, Dave´s daily hugs helped me get through the day.
Diane, my memories of you as a teacher at Talmadge are wonderful also. Remember when we first did Secret Santas and you drew my name? Every Christmas I still put on my mantel the old-time Santa that winds up and plays music.
You and Dave were/are an outstanding couple and I cherish all the good memories. So many people will miss David.
Love, Shirley Hutchinson Reed

Diane, I am so sorry to hear of Dave´s passing. He cared so deeply for his kids at TMS. I loved working with him to help those kids who needed something outside the norm. As a staff member he always filled the faculty room with laughter. I, too, will always remember Valentine´s Day and the Oregon Centennial tie he wore to celebrate his and Oregon´s birthdays. Hugs, Lyn Jobe

Diane, I´m so sorry for your loss. Mr. Fraser was a favorite 6th grade teacher who cared so deeply. Keeping you in my thoughts. <3

I am so sorry. Dave was an inspiration and my rock after my husband passed.
He will always be remembered for his ability to understand people, especially the troubled youth he helped.

Diane, sending love to and your family. One of the best tracers I worked with. I have great memories of TMS
