I know it has almost been a year since David left us, but just today I was meeting with a client, and his name came up in the conversation. The client spoke so highly of David and what a great guy he was, and I found myself telling him about how I missed not being able to refer people to David, and how I miss not being able to pick up the phone and get advice from my friend and "property management guru"!! I miss you David, and I know that everyone who knew you does!! Rest in Peace!!

David was always very good to me as a property manager, even though I was am just a small time investor. He always took my calls and made time to answer my questions. That's just a little thing that shows what a good guy he was. To his family and close friends, I am sorry for your loss. Mike Roche, Moody AFB, GA

David is a tribute to humanity. I will miss our sounding board visits on business matters and friendly jousting on sports. I will raise my glass and toast you often. Sincerely,

Bon Air and the Virginia real estate community have lost a wonderful member who is sadly missed already. Over the years David greeted me kindly when I would come to visit Century 21 and would always take time to talk with me. We eventually started meeting periodically for coffee, we talked shop, politics and family and it always started my day off perfectly. I was always so happy to see a familiar face at the many networking functions we both attended, one as recent as last month. It's hard to believe he's gone. He was always happy when I saw him, even when he was in pain. That is how I will remember him, with his beautiful smile and kind words. God be with you David. I miss you my friend.

So sorry to hear about the untimely passing of a great man. I had the pleasure to work with David on boards at the Richmond Association of Realtors and Virginia Association of Realtors the past few years. He took sincere interest and provided great assistance for and with all Realtors, especially fellow property managers. We should all follow his great example and we will miss him.

I knew David only a few short years. He managed my property in Richmond for me. He was the consummate professional, humorous, kind and considerate. I am so saddened that he left our world way too soon. He is in my thoughts as he makes his new journey. And to David's family and friends, I send you my heartfelt condolences.

Although I can't be with you while you remember Dave, you're in my thoughts and prayers from afar. I met Dave through my brother at VCU basketball games.
Well done my good and faithful servant - I will never forget you!
