David Hathaway Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 16, 2025.
David Hathaway, of Uxbridge, MA passed away on July 11, 2025. His life was marked by dedication to his family, a strong work ethic, and a passion for his hobbies.

Born January 22,1974, David grew up in Belmont, MA and settled in the Worcester area. David was predeceased by father James H Hathaway. David is survived by his loving mother Wendy Hathaway, Fairfax, VA, his cherished daughter Meghan Hathaway, of Proctorsville, VT, his beloved sister Susan Hathaway and nephews Jax and Baxter, of Fairfax, VA, Jennifer Roberts Hathaway, the devoted mother of Meghan, and Sandi Vinciulla.

David began his career in retail, where he honed his skills and developed a strong sense of responsibility. Guided by his love of real estate he then became a passionate realtor. His last and final act, and true to his dutiful nature, was as full-time caretaker of his mother. Beyond his professional life, David found joy and camaraderie on the pool table making smiles and good fun at the Greenroom. David loved basketball, M&M's and a coca-cola and had an enduring love for rock and roll music.

David will be remembered for his quiet strength, his genuine spirit and a dedication to all he set his mind to. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire those who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Uxbridge for family and friends in September. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Stroke Association.
