Heaslip David On July 17th, passed away peacefully, aged 62 years.
Dearly loved son of the late Harry and Joan, loving brother to Bernard, a dear cousin and
friend to many.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St.Theresa's Catholic Church, Crossgates, Leeds 15, on Thursday July 28th at 10.00 am, followed by private cremation.
Family flowers only please but,
if desired, donations may be given to church funds. A collection plate will be available at the service.
