David Hinshaw

I met David through our mutual friend, Dr Raymond Moody. I liked his work and his curiosity about people and the world. In the times I was around him, he spoke fondly of his children. With his camera he was the verb always looking for a subject.

This obituary of my high school classmate is so lovingly and beautifully penned.
I also enjoyed a fulfilling career in the music industry-wish we had connected over the miles and years. My sincere condolences. Surely a life well lived.

Kate and Drew,
Your father was one of my dearest longtime friends. We shared so many life stories over the years. He was so proud of you both and of course his beloved grandsons, who he looked so forward to video calls with every Sunday.
He was a wonderful guy who knew something about everything. We are fortunate to have had him in our lives.
