David James Hogg Jr.

Coach Hogg was my physical education teacher at Turner Middle School in Lithia Springs, Georgia in the mid 1980's. He was a great person to be around and inspiring. He introduced me to weight training and powerlifting. I wish to express my condolences to his wife and family. Respectfully, James M. Dodd, Katy, Texas

Coach Hogg was my Pop Warner coach in Stone Mountain in 1977. Tough but fair. You better of had a damn good excuse for missing pratice. He taught me alot. RIP coach.

I'm so saddened by this news. David was kind, a devoted family man and one of my favorite people to ride with. We spent many days riding Chasta and Star, his beloved horses he so generously shared with me. We would ride for 4 or 5 hours, going from house to house, visiting with neighbors. He always was sincerely happy to see his neighbors and friends. I will miss him so very much. Sending my love to you and your family, Judy.

Judy,DJ,Katie&Family--David was a good & pleasant person, always had time to talk when I would see him at the feed store. Once again thank you and David for the time you took with Cole and Josh when they were kids. They always had a great time!
