David John HOWAT

I met David when he led our committee 'Save our Botanics' from a night club proposal in Glasgow's west end. That association and later knowledge allows me to attest to his professionalism and commitment to his community - residential and business. I speak of him as a person not just his status which many achieve but lack his absolute integrity which ultimately is the mark of the person. To young David too too young.
