On Tuesday, October 8, 2019. Beloved husband of Lynn (Bladel) Iseman; loving father of Luke Iseman, Mia (Terry Jungman) Iseman, Scott Iseman, Carla (Tyler McDowell) Iseman, and Adam Iseman; brother of Colleen Salcius, Carla Oberlander, Mary Harris, Robert Iseman, and Maureen (Jim) Broeking; grandfather of Madeline and Drayton McDowell; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Per David's request, there are no public visitations. Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, St. Maria Goretti Parish on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at 1 p.m. Arrangements by SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC.

Dave was a reporter in the 70's and 80' when I was a relatively young attorney with interesting cases that he'd cover in Bloomsburg. He was an excellent writer and honorable journalist and excellent person. Very sorry to hear of his passing. We who knew him in Bloomsburg will remember him fondly. Judge Tom James

Uncle dave was very loved by all who know him. Always a gentle soul to us his nieces. We love you uncle dave. Thanking god you are no in any more pain.

To Lynn and all of Dave's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Dave at Tubby's during our HS years and went to both St. Joe's and Carrick with him. He was always the smartest in our class, and such a good and nice person. I reconnected with him recently on messenger; we planned to get together the next time I was in Pgh. I did not realize his health was so bad. May God bless you all, but know that Dave is now with our good Lord; and hopefully, we will all join him in heaven someday.

Just read about Dave in the Springfield News Leader this morning. I was on the editorial board with 11 other individuals. It was one of the most enlightening experiences in my life especially because of the Dave's leadership. We all made him a quilt as a thank you. I didn't know until later that he lived just down the street from me on Linwood. Would watch him riding his bike on occasion. His passing saddens me as he was such a great asset to the Springfield Missouri community. Diane Richardson

David was the best man in our wedding. Even though Frank lost touch with him over the years, he still carries fond memories of growing up with David and the entire Iseman family. Our sympathies to all.
