David Edwin Kamm

I searched for Dave Kamm after a fond memory brought on by a Facebook group for Claremont, CA. Dave's guitar performances at Chaparral Elementary School...his mom, my 4th grade teacher, and one of my all time favorite teachers...would bring him in to play guitar and sing for the school in the Multi-Purpose room. He was really talented, and was a catalyst for my wanting to learn to the guitar. I'm very saddened to learned that such a great man has passed way too soon. Such fond memories from my childhood. Rest Easy, David.

Dave was an excellent counselor who was beloved by his students. He could always be counted upon to advocate for them.

He was a man of many talents who will be greatly missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family, I knew Mr. Kamm as my high school guidance couselor and was very saddened to hear this. He was a great counselor and will be missed.

Lenny and I spent much time with David before we moved to California in 2005. He came to visit us here and spent several days. David was such an intelligent, caring, and kind man. We will miss him so much. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this very sad time.
