Happy Birthday! I am so grateful to get to know you. To share laughs, dark humor and razzing each other up is a lasting memory.
One time while watching a sunset, I shared:
"That right there is my favorite color, I love it, it never gets old", without skipping a beat you said
"So you like rainbows huh?... Cool."
You were complex in a really good way:
You were pretty much in an early stage boy-band but you also grew a huge beard.
You were physically gifted to do any activity and be really good at it, but you rather play video games.
Your needs were simple, but you still dreamed.
You could disarm people with kindness and care but also threaten to beat-down an opposing team pitcher or catcher ...or batter........or Ump.
You connected to people in a really authentic way and it filled you up just as much as it did others.
Thank you.

This obituary describes a beautiful young man whom I had the honor to have in my home as a child, and to watch as he enjoyed playing sports at a very young age. He will stay in my heart, always. Special memories never cease to exist. I love you Kathy.

It's still hard for me to accept that this incredible young man is no longer here. He is my nephew and I love him dearly. From the moment he was born and my sister and I were counting his fingers and toes to the last time I saw him, he had such a presence. Even though he was a quiet guy, his smile would light up a room. I know he had a good life, a life filled with love and accomplishments, with the most proud accomplishment being his children. He will always be missed and honored for the wonderful human that he was. His legacy and memory will live on. I miss you Dave. Love, Aunt Lynda
