Elaine:Terry and I were so sad and surprised to hear about Dave's passing. It's been so many years since I've seen you and Dave, but still remember all of the good times we had with you both. I also especially remember all of the support you showed me so many years ago. I wish you strength and hope for the future.

Hi I knew Ethel Vickers and Lizzie, who was my grandmothers sister. I had visited Ethel in Hamilton every year. Lost touch when she moved. Always talked about thefamous David. I wish I would have got to know him. I sure liked Lizzie

Dave was synonymous with "infectious smile." Very sad to say good bye to a friend I'll never forget. We shared many fun times together leaving only fond memories. My heart goes out to you Elaine at this sad time.
