Such a kind and insightful soul. I learned a lot from him. I remember well when he would play guitar during Duquesne student parties. I also remember well our collaboration on learning the Rorschach. tragedy.

Hi David, and members of his family/friends. My name is Matt Catron. I only knew David from his senior year in high school in Glasgow when he was Studen Council President. I took over for him as President the following year.
Though I didn't know him outside of student council, David actually made an impact on my life. During our short associated year, he taught me a few things. 1. He taught me how to be a leader. 2. How to listen to others. 3. Most importantly, he taught me that it doesn't matter who you are, or where you come from, every person deserves to have love and compassion. David met me with immediate acceptance and excitement. He taught me that having a good heart and wanting to make the world a better place is a dream that that everyone should and can strive for. These things I do take with me and have always taken with me. So I wanted to say Thank You to David for affecting my life in this way. I also wish David's family and friends my deepest and dearest condolences. This world lost a good one.
All the best.
