David Allen Montanez

David Allen Montanez Stockton - David Allen Montanez passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at the age of 64. He was surrounded by family and friends at the time of his passing. David is survived by his wife, Donna Montanez, married 25 years, and their two daughters, Alissa and Samantha. David was born on July 8, 1958, in Stockton, CA to Angela and Manuel (dec. 1994) Montanez. David was the second oldest of 8 siblings: Jeanne (dec. 2023) Aguilar (Steve), Terrance (dec. 1986) Montanez, Mel Montanez (Vicky), Tony Montanez (dec. 2008), Annette Montanez, Tania Montanez, and Anna Bognuda (Scott). David is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Daniel Martinez, Christopher Martinez, Andrew Montanez, Kendahl Montanez, Matthew Montanez, Emily Bognuda, Brian Bognuda, and numerous great nieces and nephews.

David was a general contractor and business owner in the Stockton area for over 25 years. He was an avid sportsman that enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting. David was an active member of the Waterloo Athletics Club and the Quail and Upland Wildlife Federation.

There will be no service for David, and his ashes will be spread in Big Timber, Montana, per his wishes.
