So sorry for your great loss. Just seen on the T.V.. Dave was such a gracious, kind man. Always willing to help you with your car. You will not be forgotten. Also. Thank you, Susie for all you've done. A wonderful wife and mother. You're in my prayers.

Sorry for your loss. He was a great man. I miss working with him preparing for the Scholarship Baseball game. The community will definitely miss him.

So sorry for the loss of your precious husband, Dad, grandfather, uncle, friend. Dave was a legend in Merced & will always be in our hearts. We will always have our memories from our Italy trip in our hearts. May God be with you all at this difficult time. May God bring peace & comfort to your broken hearts.

I am so sorry for your loss, Susie. You and Dave helped me countless times with my car when I was a college student and young adult. Dave was such a caring, kind man. I have the fondest memories of him.

Suzy, Suzy, Suzy.

It's true as you well know. Everyone loved Dave.....But everyone loves you too. Many years ago, Dave was like a brother to me, and you were a sister to me too. We got together again after I got out of the Army in 1972, so long ago. Dave working at the grocery store, and you at the gas station. You were the best thing that ever happened to Dave. He finally got past the "I've never owned a car that I didn't wreck" phase. You were the influence that changed his life, no doubt about it. Boy do I have some stories about the early days, they seem so long ago. I saw the wonderful article in the paper about Dave sharing himself with so, so many over the years. It doesn't say it in so many words, but you shared him with us all. I know we've kinda lost touch over the years as I moved away, first to Lodi, then to Texas, but I look back and I'm sure glad you two were part of my life. I'm a better person because of it. Dave once asked me why there were Chocolate Chip Cookies in HIS freezer that you wouldn't let him have. Suzy, thanks for all those cookies over the years.

To the Nannini family, so sorry for your loss.

I am so sad. Dave was an awesome man, fun loving, caring, and most importantly my good High School friend. Boy did we have fun in those days, such great memories. Praying for Susi, his boys and his family. RIP Dave.

Oh Dave you will be missed. We have such fond memories of our kids playing ball together...all the trips and fun of baseball. Thank you for the laughs and the memories. I know you are happy to be with "the brothers" but you will be so missed. Love to you Suzie and family

The Merced Community lost a great man who's love for family and children will be greatly missed. May the family find comfort in his reuniting with his two sons Kevin and Brian who were tragically taken to soon. God Bless You Dave and comfort your family during your passing.

To Susan and the Whole Family, my heart aches for you all! I have known Dave my entire life. Dave literally sold tires to my family since I can remember. Then, Brian and Kevin and I cheered each other on in both baseball and softball with Dave cheering us all on. Dave, has always been like a Father Figure I know to so many of us growing up in Merced and who went to school with Brian and Kevin. I would stop in with a Tire issue and Dave would always help me, free of charge and always had a Bear Hug to go along with that. Dave will Forever be Missed and Forever be known as a Great Man.
