David Norman Nault

David Norman Nault, of Methuen, MA, passed peacefully at home on May 30, 2022. Loving husband of 40 years to Beth (Herron) Nault, and father of Ashley and Jason Nault, all of Methuen, MA.

David was born and raised in Lawrence, MA, the eldest of five children to the late Norman and Grace (Powell) Nault.

He worked for United Liquors for 35 years as a truck driver before partial retirement and then drove a school bus for Trombly Motor Coach until full retirement.

He was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia and his wife Beth cared for him as his primary caretaker. We want to thank Beacon Hospice for their kindness and compassion in the last few weeks of his life for making sure he was cared for and comfortable.

He leaves behind four siblings, Debbie Croteau, Daniel Nault, Diane Frechette and partner Karen Festa, Denise Nault and partner Glenn Erps. Sister and brother in laws Linda and Bob Hugo, George Duke, Sally Gagne, and Megan Herron. Mother in Laws Frances Herron and Barbara Herron. Predeceased by father in law Herbert Herron. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews.

David was a loving husband and father and the type of man to give you the shirt off his own back. He always supported his family and encouraged them.

He loved gourmet cooking and also loved camping and taking his pontoon boat out on Newfound Lake.

The church held a very special place in David's heart, whether attending South Church, Centerpoint, or United Riverside.

His family and his faith were very important to him.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
