David John O'Halloran December 31, 1965- May 20, 2014 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved David John on May 20th, 2014 due to complications from surgery at the age of 48. Loved son of Ray and Pauline O'Halloran. Dear brother of Blair (Evelyn) and Sandra (Tim Kovaks). David is the uncle of Alissa, Elodie and Chase. He will be greatly missed by his longtime friend and love Diane Schindler. David graduated from Westmount High School and Mohawk College for architectural technology. David was an artist, a passionate creator, a lover of the outdoors and a lifelong learner. David was a longtime employee of the City of Vancouver. He will be loved and missed by the friends and colleagues he met along the way. David's celebration of life will be held on Friday the 13th, 2014 at 2:30 pm. It will take place at the Creekside Community Ctr.1 Atheletes Way in the Olympic Village Vancouver multipurpose room 4.

DavidO was his "handle" when I met him a couple years ago in the home brew club. He was the guy who knew the best way to do things, and if you wanted to learn from him, he was a willing teacher. I think of him every time I wash a "Better Bottle".
