David R Petroff

Dave was a wonderful, kind guy. I've known him since elementary school. The efforts he made to keep us together by organizing the reunions and keeping track of friends who had passed away meant so much to all of us. He was one of the best that Pontiac had to offer. I miss him.

I've written about my dear brother twice, but it hasn't shown up on here. I'll have to share my memories with the family hopefully in the future. Will miss you, Dave. Thank you for being a good big brother

While the whole Petroff Clan hasn't gotten together since I was a kid (to my knowledge) and Pete and I didn't always get many chances to travel across the country to see each other in-person, "David Pete Petroff" would always "like" my Facebook posts and "share" my accomplishments virtually with the world, almost like a proud parent. He was also helping me piece together what we could of the family tree for a while there. Although I never got to see him regularly, I'll always feel like we were close and remember his kindness and sweet spirit. I miss him, and I send my love and sympathies to everyone touched by his loss, especially those closest to him.

So many memories of Pete, beginning in childhood when our parents were friends. Also we were in the same room in grade school. He was known for his caring ways & humor, back then, and that never changed. My thoughts are with you
