David Rancourt Obituary
Suddenly at home on Friday morning, September 16, 2011. David Harry Rancourt of Braeside at the age of 40 years. Beloved son of the late Oscar and Jean Rancourt. Dearly loved brother of Richard (Amanda) of Edmonton, Alberta; Rita Perreault of Moncton, N.B.; Anita Krieger (Mark) of Glasgow Station and Phillip of Douglas, ON. Cherished and proud uncle of Daniel, Kayla and Roxanne Perreault; Melanie, Jonathan, Tiffany and Zachary Krieger. Predeceased by a sister, Susan Proulx and a brother, JohnPaul Rancourt. David will be remembered as a kind and generous man. Family and friends are invited to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior for visitation on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. A Service to celebrate David's life will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Thursday morning, September 22, at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Brian Barr officiating. Interment will follow at the Malloch Road Cemetery in Arnprior. In memory of David, a donation to CHEO would be appreciated by his family.

Richard, Rita, Anita & Phillip, so sorry for the loss of your brother. Even though I hadn't seen him for yours I remember him as a kind, friendly guy who used to laugh a lot at Rita & my antics.

I knew Dave for the last 6 years. I'm Dufresne Piling Co. (1967) Ltd. Health & Safety Coordinator, and as such, I saw him and talked to him several times wherever he may have been working at.
He was a wonderful person, always polite and kind hearted.
He will be greatly missed by me and all his friends and co-workers.
To his family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
He will never be forgotten.
