David J. Riley January 11, 2023 David J. Riley, 62, of Central Square, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday. David worked in the construction industry for 35 years, specializing in concrete applications. A lifelong resident of New York State, Dave graduated from Phoenix High School in 1979, where he starred in football and basketball. Dave was an avid outdoorsman, deer hunter and fisherman and never divulged the location of his secret fishing hole.Dave loved his family,especially granddaughter Rylinn, loved to play pitch, loved his dogs, and loved the greatest metal band of all time, Megadeth. Dave is survived by his son David, his granddaughter Rylinn, his mother Eleanor, brothers Robert and Steve Riley and sisters Mary Lynn Shaw, Lori Dittler, Virginia Ottman and many nieces and nephews.
