David Romlewski Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Mar. 25, 2025.
It is with broken hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of David Arron Romlewski, who was called home to the Lord at the tender age of 27. Tragically, David passed away on March 18, 2025 while on vacation with his beloved wife, Liisa, by the beach-a place where they shared countless cherished memories. His untimely departure has left an unfillable void in the lives of all who knew and loved him.

David, a devoted husband, cherished son, brother and uncle, beloved friend, and faithful servant of God, left us far too soon. His earthly chapter closes, leaving his adoring soulmate and wife, Liisa, in mournful solitude. He is survived by his mother Yvonne, father Krzysztof and his partner Susan, brother Mark, and sister Alexandra (Min). David also leaves behind dear friends and steadfast warriors in faith, truth, and justice, Antonio (Frida), and Chad (Krista).

Astute in discernment and wise beyond his years, David began to recognize and expose the inconsistencies and contradictions of the Covid narratives, amassing a considerable following. He was a leader in this fight for truth, which carried grave national implications. He decided to take action against the Covid mandates using the law. David was a skilled autodidact, having taught himself in law and court procedure, and with only two years of self study he successfully represented himself at his initial trial, where he was acquitted of two of the three unlawful charges resulting from his arrest at the Freedom Convoy Protests in Ottawa. Prior to having departed for his Jamaican honeymoon, David had filed an application for appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada; his case was the only one among all the Convoy-related cases that escalated to this level of the judiciary. This zealous pursuit of truth and justice is what drew him deeper into his faith, leading him to the understanding that these virtues are ultimately rooted in God.

A reverent Catholic, David lived a life that was a testament to the values of his deep faith, embodying kindness, compassion, and love in all he did. His humble warmth and radiant smile could illuminate any room, and his generosity knew no bounds. David's life was a shining example of what it means to live with purpose and fidelity. He leaves behind not only his grieving family and friends but also a community touched by his grace and humility. His legacy of kindness, unshakable faith, and valour will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him. In this time of unimaginable loss, we take comfort in knowing that David is now in the loving embrace of the Lord, whom he served so reverently.

A visitation in honour of David will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025 at St. Denis Catholic Church 230 Lake St, St. Catharines, ON from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m, to give family and friends an opportunity to pay their respects. A funeral mass for family, close friends, and parishioners will be held separately. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services in Niagara Falls.

May David's soul rest in eternal peace, and may his memory be a blessing to all who loved him.
