David Roufs Obituary

Roufs David Eugene Sr., age 71, went to a new home in heaven on 3/24/2003. Preceded in death by his parents, Francis David & Fidelia Roufs; brother, James; son, David Jr. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Pitt Roufs; 16 children and their spouses; 20 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and brother, John (Fukie) of Hawaii. Memorial services will be held on April 11th, 2003 at 7 PM at Urban Life Christian Center, 2315 24th Ave N, Mpls. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Dear Auntie Joyce and family,

I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Dave! Tim happened to see it in the papers. Wish I could be there to give you a hug in person! I'm sure our Lord will be very near and comforting to you during this time. I can only imagine the reunion going on in heaven these days! Take care and know my prayers will be with you. Love, Lois
