David Schmatjen

Uncle Doc was a fun Uncle when I was elementary age and lived with my family during summer breaks while in college. He would take us for rides in his convertible. I have wonderful memories of the Schmatjen family.

I was truly blessed to have such a loving, wise and witty Dad. He always gave great advice, but only when asked... a very rare quality. I asked him often and wish that I still could. Miss you, Dad!

Truly a privilege to have shared Dave and his family for many years. Always brought a smile to our faces!
