I can not put into words how sorry I was to hear of this terrible tragedy! I was lucky enough to grow up across the street from the Sippey family and they are wonderful people. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. When i heard about this i was heart broken. I had worked with Dave at the Bradley house of catering years ago. I remember him as being such a fun loving person. My heart goes out to all of the family. Hugs and prayers to all of you. May god find you peace

I heard about this horrible accident on the radio as I was leaving Myrtle Beach and my heart just broke thinking this family was probably on their way to a family vacation. This family has been on my mind since hearing about the accident. I have been praying for them and hope that they get through this difficult time. Can't imagine what the children must be enduring.

Our hearts are broken. It is an incomprehensible tragedy. No words can comfort at this time, but I do know Dave was part of one of the closest, most-loving families ever, and your strength will come from each other. I know some of Johanna's best childhood memories were times spent with her Sippey cousins and Dave's legacy will be one of love of his family and the absolute joy he found in simple pleasures.
