David Lewis Smith

David Smith had been a patient of mine for a number of years. He was always clever, and humorous. I found him to be honest and at times blunt, but always cordial and punctual. He often spoke of his family and what they meant to him. He was a good man and I know he will be missed. Rest in peace.
